So, I put on Mary's coat yesterday and Mary said "But my coat don't match my pants." She is too funny. I got a new shirt for my birthday and Mary said, "Mom, your shirt matches my shirt, it's pink!" Anyway, Mary has a couple pairs of pants that clearly only match a couple things. And she always wants the most random combinations. So, I always tell her that they don't match and show her what does match. Now, I thought that was simply appeasing her, but she really is getting the hang of it and understands.In the last few days Mary has said some random things, not just about matching, and I just laugh inside and think..."Did she really just say that? Does she really get that? I guess she does! She is taking in more than I think!"
