Mary insisted she didn't want to take the hot pink feather boa to the party. I guess it seemed a little odd to wear something like that out and about.

Mary insisted she didn't want to take the hot pink feather boa to the party. I guess it seemed a little odd to wear something like that out and about. After the party she kept saying, "but Mom, we forgot to take my feather boa." Apparently when she saw the rest of the crew and their feather boas she realized she would have fit in just fine. Too bad we didn't get a picture of Lia in her shiny gold pants and furry flourescent hat. That topped it all! But it was fun and a little embarassing (i have to admit) to see everybody so fancy!
