Just over a week ago we went camping with Jeff and Brittany. They stretched us a bit as we truly roughed it by not going to a state park. We had to live without potties. But for just one night, we survived. And Mary actually brought her magic potty. Jeff and Brittany informed us the magical potty music went off multiple times during the night in the rain. :) Luckily, they are used to rough conditions.
Don't they make for great company???
Ryan was a bit frustrated with the fact that our air mattress went flat shortly after going to bed and informed me camping was out of the question for a while. Well, one week later, here we are with some friends at Jordanelle camping.

Tim and Alise (as well as the other kids) loved being in the creek. Ryan didn't anticipate the kids drifting as far as they did and right off was in the creek with the kids. Jeans and all. But really, that was one of his favorite parts of the trip.

just think...next month you get to do it again with us! Hopefully by then you'll have a better air mattress. Looks like the kids had fun.
